Common Questions
Can I request multiple products at once?
Yes — add as many products as you need before submitting. There is no limit.
What if I already have my own list?
Download our template, fill in the quantities, and upload it. We also accept your own Excel or CSV files.
How long does it take to get pricing?
We reply within 24 hours with a full price quote on the phone number or email you provide.
How will you contact me?
Primarily via WhatsApp or phone call on the number you provide. Email if you share one.
Can I add special requirements or notes?
Yes — use the "Additional Notes" field to mention delivery location, urgency, or any special requirements.
